Canada's immigration department, IRCC, has conducted its second Express Entry draw of the week, focusing exclusively on Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. In this draw, 3,300 candidates were invited to apply for permanent residence.

To qualify for an invitation, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 507.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held an Express Entry draw yesterday, on August 26, 2024, inviting 1,121 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. Candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 694.

This draw marks the fourth Express Entry draw in August 2024, highlighting IRCC's focus on meeting permanent resident admissions targets, particularly for PNP and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
