Great news for caregivers! Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced that new permanent residence (PR) pathways for home care workers will launch on March 31, 2025.
These new programs, collectively called Home Care Worker Immigration Pilots, will replace the previous caregiver pathways, which have now expired. The best part? Eligible home care workers will receive permanent residence upon arrival in Canada!
