1. Submission Stage: Here you provide all the required documents they ask of you... Should you fail to satisfy them, your application can be cancelled at this stage and your money will be refunded to you... They usually don't give you a second chance here. So, ensure you make the best use of the opportunity and submit a complete application. If everything is fine, you will be allowed to proceed to the next stage...
2. Assessment Stage: After you submit a complete application in the 1st Stage, another officer will be assigned to look at the genuiness and assess whether all the information you provide is true and legitimate. You can spend 1-2 months here or less, depending on the volume of applications.
Subsequently, they take their *Decision*
3. Decision In Progress* (DIP): This is where they take their decision to approve or reject your application after having reviewed your application extensively.
If they want to reject your application, they will first send you a Notice of Intent to Refuse Application or ADR Request ( If you fail to satisfy the request or requirement or objection raised... your application may be denied at this stage) and you may not proceed... Should they deny you at this stage... no refund will be issued to you since your application was processed already.
Otherwise, if you are successful, congratulations
