Can I Apply to Canada Express Entry with My Boyfriend as my Common Law Partner?

Good day everyone, is it advisable for me to apply for express entry with my boyfriend as my common law partner? And can my visa be denied if our proof is not strong enough or it is just the common law partner that would be denied?

Yes, you can apply with your boyfriend as your common-law partner under the express entry program. When you apply, IRCC will take a holistic look at your entire application with all the evidence and documentation you provide. If they feel your evidence is not strong enough, yes, they can reject your application. If your application is rejected, it will affect both you and your common-law partner
