Pls am interested in Manitoba provincial nomination,for the criteria 5(adaptability) I have a friend but actually she is my Mum’s good friend.she has been a mother figure to me and we grew up in the same neighborhood.my question is how do I proof the relationship as she is a family friend and not directly my friend?

Is this family friend already a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen in Manitoba? If Yes, you must be sure she hasn't sponsored any other person to Manitoba in the last one year. You need to provide more information so I can understand
